Two boneless chicken breasts over a whipped cauliflower colcannon (cauliflower, bacon, white cheddar, cabbage, greens) and topped with a light mushroom whiskey cream sauce
Corned Beef and Cabbage (available starting Thursday 3/12)
Brined and braised with an oven roasted finish paired with traditional cabbage and carrots
